The Springdale Gardens Protective Covenants are in place to ensure the best use and most appropriate development of each lot in our community. The covenants, on file at the Wake County Registry, are binding and exist for the benefit of all property owners.
The SGHOA board of directors appoints members to an Architectural Committee (SGAC) with responsibility for covenants enforcement. The SGAC will review homeowner requests and grant approval for improvements including home additions, decks and screen porches, fences, and storage sheds.
More information about the covenants, including the process and contact information for submitting requests for approval, can be found in this
plain language
version, available for anyone to view.
Copies of the
formal covenants
are available for dues-paid members only.
