    Welcome to Springdale Gardens!

    The Springdale Gardens Homeowners Association, a volunteer group of residents of the Springdale Gardens Subdivision located in northwest Raleigh, North Carolina, exists to promote, maintain and improve our subdivision, as well as our community. By promoting responsible home ownership, organizing events to encourage neighborhood interaction, maintaining common areas, and working to provide information on important issues that effect the livability of our neighborhood, we strive to maintain and improve the quality of our community and the well-being of our fellow residents.
